We know that driving isn’t easy, but is vital to our nation’s success, and that set us apart. It means direct focus on processes and the foresight to see areas where we can make a driver’s job easier and more lucrative. We do this by creating technologies for job easement, with better lanes, better home time and a choice to choose your own career path with in transportation.
With there being so much competition between trucking companies for experienced drivers why should a prospective driver consider working for your company as opposed to all of the other trucking companies that are looking to hire drivers?

Knowing that turnover is a problem for more reasons than one in the industry, our efforts, as we continue to grow the business, are driver-focused. We’ve spent countless hours with focus groups with our drivers, created a driver advocacy team, all to ensure that our drivers are heard and processes are created so that it is easier for them. We are working hard to create better jobs/lanes for drivers, working with customers to ensure this, as well as improving on detention, and providing consistent home time while still getting the miles you desire to make a great living.
